Builder's driving directions

From Downtown Orlando and the east: Head North on the Florida Turnpike and Exit on Colonial Rd (SR 50). Head west to Hancock Rd and turn Left (South). Turn Left onto Heritage Hills Boulevard and the Welcome Home Center will located approximately 1 mile down on the left side. From the North: Use US 27 South to Marsh Rd and turn Left (East). Head approximately 1 mile to Hancock Rd and turn Left (North). Proceed approximately mile to Heritage Hills Boulevard and turn Right, the Welcome Home Center will located approximately 1 mile down on the left side. From the South, Lakeland and Tampa Areas: Exit I-4 onto US 27 North to Clermont and Marsh Rd and turn Right (East). Head approximately 1 mile to Hancock Rd and turn Left (North). Proceed approximately mile to Heritage Hills Boulevard and turn Right, the Welcome Home Center will located approximately 1 mile down on the left side.
