The Pinewood Great Room

The Pinewood Great Room, contrary to its name, actually has both a living room and family room. This model is the most popular floorplan in our Pinewood Series for one reason: "The Great Room". We designed this house for people who crave the extra space where they spend most of their time. The family room expands alongside the patio and pool area with twin eight foot high glass sliding doors and accompany the large windows at the rear of the home. After spending one week in your new Great Room, you'll wonder how you ever got along without it. The rest of the home is complete with all of the traditional Pinewood Series highlights. Our floorplan can be customized to suit your individual needs. Pricing includes the house only. Lot and lot preparation costs are additional and vary by project/lot.
