Sophia

The Sophia is a 2-story model with a 3-bedroom/2.5-bath layout. With this model all of the bedrooms are located upstairs, giving them privacy from the entertaining part of the home. The master bedroom has a very luxurious feeling with the accented trey ceiling and double doors leading into the master bath. In the master bath there is a double sink as well as a very spacious walk-in closet with a window. Both of the secondary rooms and secondary bath are located upstairs as well. Downstairs are the dining room and living room areas. The living room has a tri-fold sliding glass doors that open up to the lanai. In the kitchen there is a cafe seating area, also with sliding glass doors giving more accessibility to the lanai. Passing through the kitchen towards the garage is powder room as well as laundry room and a door to access the 2-car garage.
