There are many ways to finance a construction project. You may choose to secure a construction to perm mortgage. This type of mortgage is common when building a new home. The construction loan in this case converts to your permanent mortgage when construction is complete. Lot selection– You may already own a lot or have one selected already. If not, we can help you locate a lot. Selecting a lot has many considerations including house fit and utilities. House plans– Many people know exactly what they would like to have or have been in a home that they like. In this case we may be able to have a draftsman prepare plans for you. This can be economical and easier to do than most think. You can also use plans you already have, or purchase plans from an online plan source. Product selections– There are thousands of products that go into a typical home. Most you do not have to be concerned with, but many will need to be selected by you. We streamline this process for you making this potentially overwhelming task easy.
