A large deck gives your family plenty of space to enjoy the pasture views from your back yard. Or perhaps you’d prefer to relax in a sun room or screened porch, both options with this plan. The plan comes with an unfinished bonus room over the garage and attic space, perfect for all your storage. If you choose, you can finish the bonus room for a TV getaway, a large office, or an extra bedroom. If you choose the cottage style roof, the attic space can be finished to include an exciting open loft and additional bedroom.
