Shadow Creek Ranch at Briarwood North

Shadow Creek Ranch is a 3300 acre master planned community located within the City of Pearland off of Hwy. 288 approximately 14 miles from Houston's central business district. The community is conveniently located less than 15 minutes from the Medical Center, Hobby Airport and Downtown. Shadow Creek Ranch contains 300 acres of lakes and 22 miles of hiking and biking trails and green belts. In addition, a 120 acre site has been donated to the City of Pearland to develop a regional sports park to include softball and soccer fields, tennis courts, jogging trails, concession centers, playgrounds and an aquatic center. This community is also located in the Alvin ISD School District.
