Builder's driving directions
Take Parker Rd. (Hwy 83) south from Denver.
Head south through the town of Parker to Hess Road. (Approx 1.8 miles south of Mainstreet).
Head east on Hess Rd. (eventually turns into Hilltop), for 4.5 miles.
Turn left on Singing Hills Rd. Proceed for 5.5 miles to Spring Valley Ranch Rd. (County Road 17-21).
Take a left on Spring Valley Ranch Rd. and head north for approximately 1 mile to Augusta Ave.
Take a right and follow Augusta for approximately one mile (past Beazer models) to Kingsmill Circle.
Turn left at Kingsmill Cir., models are on the right.
