The Sonoma is a 3-bedroom/2-bath home design. This plan offers privacy to the master suite being it is located on the opposite side of the home from where the secondary bedrooms are. Both of the secondary rooms have privacy as well being that the guest bathroom separates them. The secondary rooms also offer spacious sized closets. When in the kitchen there is a bar ledge that opens up the kitchen into the great room. This keeps the rooms connected giving a more spacious and open feeling. The double sliding glass doors in the living room open up onto the lanai creating a great entertaining atmosphere.
