"Pat Kelly and his wife, Krista, rented a home at Botanica for more than a year before building their own. They moved in this spring. “The more time we spent here, the more we enjoyed it,” said Mr. Kelly, a broker with HMY Yacht Sales in Jupiter. He and Mrs. Kelly, a stay-at-home mother, have four children. “It’s minutes from the beach, and Publix and Starbucks are a two-minute walk,” Mr. Kelly says. From I-95: Exit Donald Ross Road. Go east on Donald Ross ( 1 mile) to Military Trail. Turn left (north) on Military Trail (2 miles).
