Driving Directions to Sales Center
From Tampa, Brandon and Orlando - Take I-75 North to SR 56 (Exit 275) and turn left. Travel 3.5 miles to Collier Parkway and turn right. Go approximately 3.5 miles and turn left onto Dupree Lakes Blvd. Manor models are located on the right. From Pinellas County - Take I-275 North (or Rt. 60 E) to Veteran's Expressway North (Tollway) and travel approximately 11 miles and exit right at Dale Mabry Hwy., Exit 13. Turn Left (North) and continue approximately 6 miles and turn right at SR 54. Continue East on 54, approx. 2.5 miles and turn left onto Collier Parkway.
