Trexler Field - Kay Builders recently received final approvals for this scenic new community of twin villas and single homes and ground breaking is planned for late 2009. The community is situated on 230 acres of rolling hills; of which 130 acres have been dedicated as a conservation area. Along with beautiful views of nearby South Mountain and the meandering Schaeffer Run stream, this community will have many recreational features. A one and a half mile walking path winds through wooded areas near the stream and will be accentuated by our planned butterfly preserve. These 180 twin villas will be situated at the apex of the community and will have beautiful southern views of nearby south mountain. The peaceful Schaeffer Run stream wanders through the valley separating the Highlands into its own unique community. We invite you to explore our twelve floor plans ranging in size from 1900-2500 sq feet and a variety of designs, including master on the main, traditional and open floor plans. The Glen at Trexler Field, which is tucked away in the private wooded area of the community, will feature a variety of luxurious floor plans with all the amenities. 100 twin homes are planned for this phase of the community. The Reserve at Trexler Field is the single home area of the community and will feature 80 spacious home sites directly adjacent to the preserved conservation area.
