When designing the layout of the development taken as a whole, we decided to create a splendid home that would serve as its focal point. We wanted this one to be special! The wrap-around porches on both levels face south and east. These porches are great places to enjoy the sun-splashed days of Spring and Summer. The main level encompasses an open 1000 feet of well defined areas with views that overlook your 225ft of private, evergreen screened deck as well as the wrap-around welcoming porch. On the second level there is a 400 foot master-suite with access to the second of the house’s wrap-around porches. This house has been designed to be reminiscent of traditional European and early American architecture; it is the very embodiment of an aesthetic of elegance. The interior, with its custom floors and finishes, also partakes of this aesthetic. The preparation for both the alarm and AC systems are included.
