Village Stacks' roots are deep in the Atlanta real estate market. Their family has been building homes here for more than 80 years and over three generations. Each of their principals has more than 15 years of home building experience.

They created Epic Development out of a desire for better design. They wanted to build homes that fit the personality of the people living inside. They chose interesting locations where people desired to live. Their knowledge of the Atlanta area and their passion for design helped them to achieve multiple homebuilder awards locally and nationally. Their experience is vast but their eyes are on the future.
