The new homes in Graham at Rogers Spring are in a fantastic location, with convenient access to both the Triad and the Triangle! Plans with downstairs primary bedrooms, some three-car garages, and spacious house lots are available in one and two-story homes. If you need more space, some of the plans go up to 3,000 square feet!

The majority of plans have a designated home office, flex or bonus room, or extra bedroom, which is ideal for homeschooling or working from home! Rogers Spring is halfway between Burlington and Mebane, only 30 minutes from Durham and Chapel Hill, and only a few minutes from Tanger Outlet!
