Tucked just outside of historic Downtown Huntersville off of Exit 23, lies Bellington. When complete, this picturesque community will have 99 homes of various architectural inspirations. It’s a pretty, country-like setting, but it has easy access to I-77 and all the area attractions. Rosedale Shopping Center is only 3 miles away, Uptown Charlotte is only 20 minutes away, and getting to Concord Mills Mall is a snap. It’s also close to beautiful Lake Norman and its many water attractions including lakeside dining. If you enjoy being outside, there are beautiful parks nearby.
