Pioneer Ridge

Johnstown is a central Northern Colorado location that will continue to be prime, as the Front Range continues to grow. While access to major population and business centers is optimum, Pioneer Ridge is a true small town community where residents can still hear the sound of a soft breeze out in the wide-open fields. The community is located high on an elevated plateau, offering sweeping views of the magnificent Front Range. Adding to the lure of the Pioneer Ridge is the newly opened elementary school that is situated right in the community.
