At New Home Source, our mission is to help you find your perfect new home from a builder you trust in a community you love.
As the new-home authority, we offer extensive resources to help your search for a new home go smoothly. If you’re new to our site, you might be wondering, “How do I get the most out of New Home Source?” This article is here to answer that question for you.
With New Home Source, you can search for new homes by city, community, area and even by a certain builder. Filter your search by the number of bedrooms, baths and price or wait to add filters until your initial search.
See a home you’re interested in, but don’t want to leave your current search listing or just want to look at it later? Select the heart icon on the listing. This will prompt you to sign in to your free account if you haven’t already or to create an account if you don’t yet have one. For more information on the listing, select “Free Brochure” and fill out the form to receive a brochure from the builder.
If you’d like to look further into an individual community or home, click on the listing. You’ll be redirected to a page with more information, including photos or renderings of the home, community information, floor plans available, similar homes and information on how to get in touch with the builder. You can even schedule an appointment with the builder to learn more.
