From the covered front porch and foyer in the Ocotillo's floor plan, enter the stunning kitchen, which opens to the dining room and flows into the Great Room and covered patio. While a study is included in the 1,968 square foot design, an optional fifth bedroom can be added in its place. The fourth bedroom enjoys its own bath, and the second bedroom can be extended in lieu of the study giving it a larger walk-in closet as well as adding a walk-in closet to the third bedroom. Extending the second bedroom also allows for a larger walk-in closet in the owner’s suite. In the owners suite, optional flourishes include adding a shower or an enlarged shower in lieu of the tub.
