Builders pricing can vary greatly. Builders display base pricing because you have not selected your options and upgrades yet and some homes may indicate that the land cost is not included.
The Pembroke combines the best features of traditional floor plans with those of open plans. As you enter, you see a classic living and dining room on either side of the foyer. Down the hall, however, you step into a spacious great room with today's "living triangle" of a family room, outdoor living space, breakfast room, and kitchen all flowing seamlessly together and complementing one another with features like a fireplace in the family room and a kitchen island spanning the eating areas. You can also add a sunroom or a study/guest bedroom suite. The upstairs has four spacious bedrooms including the owner's suite - all with walk-in closets.
