Builders pricing can vary greatly. Builders display base pricing because you have not selected your options and upgrades yet and some homes may indicate that the land cost is not included.
One of our only plans to include a fenced in patio area and optional bedroom or study and optional 3rd bathroom. Ground Floor: Kitchen, Living, Dining and laundry room as well as a study (den) or optional bedroom 4 and powder bathroom or optional 3rd bathroom with shower stall. Second Floor: Large master suite with dual vanity sinks, seat in shower stall and walk-in closet. Also on the the second floor is a full bathroom, second bedroom, and third bedroom or optional loft space.
