Builders pricing can vary greatly. Builders display base pricing because you have not selected your options and upgrades yet and some homes may indicate that the land cost is not included.
The Hepburn packs a lot of amenities in without ever feeling small. Standard with a rear one-car garage, the Hepburn is available in level entry or basement level entry, and both foundation conditions offer an optional 4' extension to the back of the house for even more living area. The garage level has a family room with an optional bath for extra living space, or it can be an extra bedroom. On the first level, a combined living room/dining area with an optional gas fireplace is set off from the country kitchen by a breakfast bar shaped in a contemporary arch. Both the level and basement level entry have an optional powder room on the first floor. On the second floor are two bedrooms and two baths. The Owner's Bedroom has dual closets and an optional double bowl vanity. Bath #1 can be a hall bath or have a door into Bedroom #2.
