Red Fox Crossing
Start building your home this fall at Red Fox Crossing, Wisconsin’s first Net Zero Community - a community that has electrical generation from solar photovoltaic (PV) systems that will offset the projected electrical consumption of each individual home. When complete, the neighborhood will feature 34 homesites developed by Neumann Developments, Inc., Net Zero Ready homes built by Tim O’Brien Homes, and solar designed and installed by SunVest Solar, Inc. Each home will include a six to eight kW photovoltaic (PV) solar array and be certifed by the following programs: U. S. Department of Energy Net Zero Ready Home, ENERGY STAR® V3 National Qualifed Home, EPA WaterSense® and EPA Indoor Air Plus Qualifed Home.
