Builders pricing can vary greatly. Builders display base pricing because you have not selected your options and upgrades yet and some homes may indicate that the land cost is not included.
This 4 bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom home is 2,774 square feet and features 9 foot first floor ceilings. The 2-car garage can be upgraded to hold a 3rd car. Entering the home through the covered porch, leads you into the foyer area. To the left is a formal living room, which can also be upgraded to a study with glass doors. To the right is a formal dining room. Moving through the hall leads you to a coat closet on the right and access tot he stairs on the left. The hall ends in the great room. To the right of the great room is a breakfast area and open kitchen with a large island counterop bar and walk-in pantry. In the back of the kitchen is a huge walk-in pantry and a mudroom, leading to the garage. The mud room has a storage closet with optional built-in storage cubbies. The second floor stairs lead you to a hall and into a bonus room that can be upgraded to a 5th bedroom. Bedroom 4, with a walk-in closet, is on your left and bedrooms 2 and 3 are on your right. Bedroom 2 also features a walk-in closet There’s a full bathroom in the hallway and a laundry room, with a window, and linen closet on the other side.
