There are many advantages to buying a single family home in the Austin area. At the top of the list is privacy. According to the U.S. Census Bureau for a new build to be considered a single family home, it must have the attributes below.

  1. Be separated by a ground-to roof wall.
  2. Separate heating system.
  3. Individual meters for public utilities.
  4. No units located above or below.
