OLD_Barclay Place

Located in historic, charming Franklin, this exciting new community was developed with a vision in mind - a vision of a small, family-friendly place, where the homes are all within a short walk to the community's central green. Sidewalks, trails and lots of open green spaces will surround and permeate Barclay Place, adding to the outdoor livability of this intimate neighborhood. The community will feature two different home styles, both from our Hometown Collection: the Cottages and the Villages. Both of these styles are reminiscent of "turn-of-the-century" architecture, and offer character, great design, and are appealing to both growing and mature families, as the homes give you space where you need it.
