12 Oaks - The Maplewood Collection

12 Oaks includes townhomes, single-family homes, custom executive and estate homes as well as select homesites. The Nicklaus Design Group Golf course is slated for a late spring, 2008, opening. Our plantation style clubhouse, scheduled for a 2009 opening will have a well-appointed golf pro shop, formal and casual dining, men’s and women’s locker rooms, a grand ballroom and sweeping verandas. In the 12 Oaks Sports and Aquatic Center, scheduled to open summer of 2008, with a competition pool, a family fun pool and snack bar, state-of-the-art fitness center and lighted tennis courts.
