Crossing at Riverdale II

The Crossing at Riverdale is located in the City of Thornton, in the North East region of Denver, located south of 136th and east of Quebec. 136th is a major East – West arterial road as the interchange off I-25. The Crossing at Riverdale offers convenience to Downtown Denver, Boulder and DIA, Denver International Airport. Homeowners at The Crossing at Riverdale will have easy access to a number of different employment centers around the Metro area. Both I-25 and E-470 can be accessed within a few minutes. Interstate 25 provides access to Downtown Denver within 25 minutes. E-470 provides access to DIA or a connection to the NW Parkway and the Boulder Corridor. The Boulder Corridor provides access to Interlocken, Flatirons Crossing and a number of technology centers. The Crossing at Riverdale offers concrete trails with benches and light fixtures, running through the community as part of the regional trail system. In addition to the trails, there is a tot lot playground and large amounts of open space.
