Liberty Home Builders' CEO is John Sachs. He is actively involved in all elements of the business, with a particular emphasis on land acquisition and finance. John formerly worked for a public homebuilder for eighteen years, most recently as Division President in Tucson, Arizona, and Vice President of Finance for the Texas region. From 2000 until 2012, John was the CFO and General Manager of the Land Companies for one of Houston's largest privately held homebuilders, building 1,300 to 1,500 homes per year.
