Winding rivers estates community is a single-family subdivision located near the heart of beautiful Middlebury, IN. It is located within minutes of downtown Middlebury and the Pumpkinvine Trail. Winding river estates are situated on CR 37, between CR 10 and CR 12. This community is on a cul-de-sac and provides a peaceful setting surrounded by rolling farms and the tranquil flow of the Elkhart River. Development started in winding rivers estates in 2008; the final phase of road construction has been completed. Winding rivers estate is close to Middlebury, SR 120, US 20, and the Indiana toll road, making it easy for you and your family as homeowners to commute to and from town. The Middlebury little league fields are a quarter-mile from the entrance to Winding river.

Elkhart County is working on a plan to create a park to the west and south of the community, and a path from the neighborhood of Winding rivers estates to the park is already completed.
