Sunset Villas is a community by Sage Homes located at 7292 S Redwood Road, West Jordan, UT 84084. This community, around the Jordan School Districts, is West Jordan's newest 55-plus community. The construction in Sunset Villas started in 2021, with the first residents moving into the community in 2022. Sunset Villas offer main-level living with minimal stairs and a full basement, plus front yard landscaping and snow removal services.

Some of the included features in Sunset Villas are metal railings, nine ceilings on the main floor, upgraded flooring throughout, six-centimeter quartz or granite countertops, and many windows filling the home with natural light.
