Courtney Oaks is being developed in Northeast Florida by Riverside Homes, an award-winning homebuilder in Jacksonville. The community will be located in Jacksonville, Florida and is being built on a former dairy farm. The community will feature a number of amenities including a clubhouse, pool, and a community garden.
