The process from first look to final move-in was seamless. The salesperson, was very attentive to our needs and made reasonable recommendations. The quality of our new is outstanding, what was optional features in most of the other homes we looked at were standard features for Lennar. The builders team from sales, financial to final inspection was over and beyond out expectations. Heather was very attentive to what we were looking for and even helped us get more value for our money. Chesera was very efficient, and quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns through during the financing process Previous experiences required that we complete a pre closing walk though inspection to identify all the flaws we noticed and allow up to ten days for the builder to correct the flaws. Brian had already pre inspected our home prior to our New Home Orientation minimizing any corrections that needed to be completed, which even allowed us to move up close date. I made a life changing decision in November 2021 after staying with family in Fort Worth, TX for about 1.5 months and that was to relocate to this area from California. I targeted new community builds in the local area closest to my family that included DR Horton, MI Homes, KB Homes, and Lennar. I ultimately landed on a Lennar community and a model home given multiple factors including the location of the community, the price point for the house specifications I needed, and the quality of the build. The Lennar workforce from the sales stage to post-closing were wonderful to work with, very professional, super friendly, extremely knowledgeable about their products, and followed through with their commitments. They all made for an overall positive buying experience. They included: - Sahil H. He was the face of Lennar as my New Home Specialist and the first person I met upon walking onto the property to secure a purchase. Sahil walked me through their process, continued to support me throughout it, followed up with needs that I had, and went to bat for me as the customer advocate on numerous occasions. - Jeremy W. He was my Mortgage Loan Officer and helped to secure a loan product with which I am pleased. He educated me, offered up options, and followed through with all my needs. - Shannon M. She was my Senior Loan Processor and facilitated all the paperwork needs in order to close. She was very responsive, timely with my informational needs, and was always accessible by phone or email. - Mary M. She was my Escrow Officer and made my closing process seamless. Escrow processes including being able to e-sign on a virtual call with a notary and having my house keys couriered to the new community (as opposed to be driving an hour to the closing office) were very much appreciated. - Scott W. He was my Quality Assurant Representative and engaged me during the pre-final and final walk through. He has superb knowledge of Lennar products and well astute with homeownership. He taught me a lot about the things the property required in such as a short amount of time that we were together. He captured all the items that needed to be fixed for the final walk and ensured that all items were completed. - Richard A. He is my Customer Care Specialist and works onsite at the community. What a great concept of having someone locally in the new community build. Richard came by a few days after closing and walked me through all the essentials of new homeownership including how to submit warranty requests. - Vonda A. She is my Construction Manager who is assigned to the street in which I reside. She is so nice to talk with and always makes herself available no matter what pressures she has to get properties ready. She takes good care of the properties when they are being constructed ensuring that they are secured for the evening. Her need for security also extends to the residents where she placed "slow down" signs for vendors and contractors to be mindful of residents including small children. One day we will look back and talk about how stressful it was buying a house in 2020-2021. It certainly did not make things easy in such a competitive market. Thankfully for me I ran into Mrs. Liz and the Lennar team and I just wish I came across them sooner. The team was professional all the way through and certainly helpful. There were a few issues right when I moved in but once addressed they were responsive and treated the issues in a time sensitive manner. Can’t really say anything other than positives, a great team!

Great experience with Lennar and Roofstock. Entire transaction was performed virtually and was smooth. I had previously purchased a new home from another homebuilder 15 years ago who nickel and dimed everything. Lennar was a fantastic experience in comparison since everything I would have selected anyway was included.

Love the layout and the "everything's included" program. Great workmanship. Entire staff, from sales, Title personnel, construction and maintenance have been great.

I had great cust service.

Construction was delayed because the city did not issue a building permit until June. However Tami kept us up-to-date every week and we were able to move in December. Overall a very positive experience.

The staff was very kind and helpful!
