Needed to find a wonderful place in about a month after selling home and downsizing. Lennar sales representatives and loan officer worked fast and diligently to meets our needs, which includes closing costs assistance and a below market fixed interest rate in a new subdivision.

My wife and I are new to San Antonio and our salesman Jarrett was very helpful and made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. Jarrett was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. He told us about the advantages of using Lennar financing versus other financial institutions such as no out of pocket expenses and lower interest rates. He also told us about military disability discounts which was a big selling point for us. Kim was our loan officer and she was also very helpful and available to answer any questions or concerns we may have had. Brenda was our person in the escrow department and she was clear and concise with the paperwork and made our closing quick and efficient. After searching for weeks for a new home, we found this diamond in the rough. Everything we wanted with an amazing floor plan we had never seen before, and loved. From purchase to closing took 3 weeks. The mortgage process with Lennar mortgage was a bit painful, but we kept the light at the end of the tunnel and made it through. We are thrilled with our new home!

It took us awhile gathering information for them to process the application and using my VA in closing . Very pleased with the results and our new home.

All the people that I have come in contact with at Lennar are pleasant to work with and they try their hardest to please. A good bunch of people with a tough job. Lennar should be happy with their people.

Always use a private home inspector as they can find any little thing needs fixing .
