Belle Chase Farms

Development of approximately 40 lots located on the Northeast edge of Franklin, Tennessee in Williamson County. All homes in the development have been custom built. The neighborhood has only one access point off of Clovercroft Road which helps maintain its sense of peaceful seclusion, though residents have access to the bustling commerce of Cool Springs a mere 6 miles away. While the residents of Belle Chase Farms enjoy the privacy their neighborhood affords, there is also a strong sense of community. The HOA is comprised of and managed by current homeowners, an active neighborhood watch program meets regularly to address neighborhood safety issues, and panels of volunteers plan regular gatherings to welcome new neighbors as well as visit with old friends. Currently, Belle Chase Farms is zoned for Clovercroft Elementary School, Woodland Middle School and Ravenwood High School.
