The Greens at Lowry

All good things must come to an end and EastPark is Lowry’s last, new neighborhood. After more than a dozen years and 4,000 homes, the stunningly beautiful, master-planned community of Lowry is nearly complete. EastPark, located at Lowry Boulevard and Yosemite Street, is the only Lowry neighborhood with single-family new homes for sale. EastPark is surrounded by natural beauty and amenities designed to enjoy. CommonGrounds Golf Course is adjacent to EastPark and within a stroll or quick bike ride, the magnificent Great Lawn, a 50-acre park that opened Fall 2009. Closer to home is Prospect Park, a 3-acre pocket park in EastPark, just perfect for family picnics or just soaking up some of the Colorado sun.
