Edgewater

Edgewater is Hayden Homes’ newest community in Albany, Oregon. Just south of Salem and a short jaunt north of Eugene, Albany is ideally located near larger cities, while possessing the charm, history and hometown feel that its residents enjoy. Albany, originally home to the Calapooia Indians, was settled in 1848 by two brothers from Albany, New York. Today, the city honors its rich past in many ways—museums, historic districts and more than 500 early town structures still remain. Albany is a favorite of antique shoppers and is also home to the largest collection of covered bridges west of New England. Residents enjoy the mild climate of the Willamette Valley, proximity to the Pacific Coast, the Cascade Mountains and the nearby rivers. Hayden Homes is proud to offer Edgewater.
