Settlers Ridge - The Grove Series

The 1,300 acre community of Settlers Ridge blends conservation planning principals with strong neighborhood design of the 2,470 homes recognizing the natural features of the land with its mature groves of trees, dramatic changes in topography and expansive farmland, presenting the opportunity to restore over 500 acres of original prairie habitat as permanent open space, nearly 40% of the total acreage.
