Waterside Pointe Signature

The gated Waterside Point encircles the community’s own lake, the sparkling, 220-acre Crystal Lake, and offers a multimillion-dollar amenities center with a resort-style pool, clubhouse and cabana, a fitness center, athletic courts, recreation field, tot lot and a waterslide tower. The neighborhood, located in desirable Groveland, has its own private boat ramp. Home sites are offered on the lake and some front a canal with access to the Clermont Chain of Lakes, a series of 11 lakes for excellent fishing and boating opportunities.
