Kensington at Providence

Kensington is part of the master planned community of Providence, located in the northwest corner of the Las Vegas Valley. With convenient and easy access to the 215, Kensington homeowners are about 25 minutes away from the world famous Las Vegas Strip, and only minutes away from hiking at Red Rock Canyon, or Mt. Charleston. It’s also a very easy commute to Nellis or Creech Air Force bases. Being located in Providence provides homeowners a wealth of amenities such as parks, walking and jogging trails, schools, and nearby shopping and dining. Kensington is the perfect neighborhood for those who want a little more space within the comfort of a gated community.
