Located in historic Milton, Delaware just minutes from Lewes, Delaware. Heritage Creek offers current versions of classic Miltonian architecture, including farmhouses with wide porches, Victorians boasting turrets and gazebos, and craftsman-style homes with sturdy beams and comfortable quarters. An intimate environment of single-family and multifamily homes, Heritage Creek will feature a spacious Victorian-style community center which will house a library, business center, grand room with fireplace and an outdoor pool.
