Independence

The premier 55+ community of coastal southern Delaware is located on Route 5 approximately 15 minutes from the resort towns of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes, DE. The community of Independence will feature single family homes offering single floor living and first floor master bedrooms. Homes are being built by local builder Schell Brothers and will start in the $200's. Nestled around the magnificent 20,000 square foot community center, the amenities at Independence will include, but are not limited to, a pool and walking trails for fitness and recreation, putting green for the golf enthusiast, bar and billiards and a grand ballroom for all to enjoy!
