Goose Creek
The Goose Creek Community is Sasser Home Builders largest development to date and is one of the premiere communities of Wayne County. This beautiful setting is located on Rose Rd. and Nor-Am Road in Pikeville, NC. It is in the Northwest-Norwayne-CB Aycock School District and is only 1/4 mile from Northwest Elementary School. Goose Creek is only 2 1/2 miles from the new 117 Hwy. and Hwy. 581. The community boast of 162 beautiful lots and was started in 2003. Goose Creek is currently underway with several lots still left to choose from. The homes of the Goose Creek Community range between 1500 and 2700 square feet. Sasser has recently executed a new land acquisition that is located on Hinnant Rd. It will serve as an extension of Goose Creek and will be accessible through the existing community as well as Hinnant Road. Construction on the Development is expected to start in the late fall of 2006.
