We are the largest On Your Lot Builder in the Tampa Bay Area! We have been building quality concrete block homes in Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk and Henando Counties for over 57 years under the same ownership as when we started. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau, a preferred builder of the Tampa Chamber of Commerce and a member of the National Association of Home builders. Many of our subcontractors have been employed by Allstate Homes for generations and all are licensed in the state of Florida. We require each of our subcontractors to have liability Insurance and workmen’s comp insurance for your protection. According to the Home Buyer Warranty (the nations largest home warranty corporation) we are one of the most reputable contractors in the Bay area. Our floor plans offer basic no nonsense values without a lot of costly extras. There over 100 floor plans to suit any lot or budget that can be modified to your specifications. All of our homes come with Americas Choice 2/10 Home Warranty. We have homes in the field under construction you can preview. We also have satisfied customers who love to show their homes.
