Champions Crossing

Champions Crossing is situated near the intersection of Texas 249 and Sam Houston Parkway in the heart of the upscale FM 1960/Champions area in northwest Houston. . The area is known for its towering pines, restaurant row, shopping, country club communities, and the Klein Independent School District. The fourth and final section of Champions Crossing features 50 ft. by 105 ft. home sites. Residents of Champions Crossing have quick access to bustling Willowbrook Mall, Hewlett Packard, and Bush Intercontinental Airport. South, via the Sam Houston Parkway, is Highway 290 and I-10. To the north are I-45 and destinations and employment centers in north Houston. Close proximity to the Sam Houston Parkway make access to anywhere in Houston convenient for Champions Crossing. Virtually every major retailer and restaurant chain is represented in the area. Champions Crossing is served by Klenk Elementary, PreK-5. Older students attend Wunderlich Intermediate, 6-8 grades, and Klein Forest High School, 9-12 grades. Klein ISD has seven schools rated as Exemplary, seventeen rated as Recognized and thirteen rated as Acceptable, according to the Texas Education Association TAKS testing, 2008.
