Shadow Creek Ranch - Biscayne Bay

This 3,500-acre master-planned neighborhood is located just 15 minutes south of downtown Houston's Central Business District, cultural and entertainment district, and the Medical Center. When completed, Shadow Creek Ranch will feature a 300-acre system of lakes, and approximately 12,000 residential homes priced from the $100's to over $1 million. The development will also include commercial, industrial, civic and recreational sites such as schools, churches, a hospital, day care, police and fire stations. A hiking and biking network of almost 22 miles will connect the various villages and activity centers.
