Hampton Lakes

As one of the newest Northwest Wichita communities, Hampton Lakes is just minutes from the region's most important commercial, cultural and transportation centers. With beautiful common areas, lakes and walking paths you will certainly find a sense of community. With its clean, winding streets, nearby churches, shops, well-kept yards and park-like common areas, there is something distinctly small town about Hampton Lakes. One of the most important qualities of Hampton Lakes is that it is part of the wonderful Maize School District, considered one of the best Districts in the state. We would love for you to come visit our community at 37th North and Maize Road. Our Welcome Center is located at 4070 Westbrook and our hours are: 12-5 Monday-Friday and 1-5 Saturday & Sunday.
