Twin Creeks boasts a Fred Couples Signature Golf Course, a private, par-72 course of 7,033 yards with challenging terrain and towering trees and a 15,000-square-foot clubhouse. The neighborhood, bounded by spring-fed creeks, is located in Cedar Park, a Hill Country gem, where residents also enjoy 10,000 square feet of outdoor amenities, including a heated junior-Olympic-size pool with a children-friendly zero-depth entry and a water slide, and hiking trails. The community also has a Family Activities Center, an 8,000-square-foot facility with a fitness center, aerobics studio, and tennis courts. In the summer, a camp for Twin Creeks kids offer swimming, arts and crafts, and sports.
