Yes, this will be the last neighborhood of our award-winning community in Boulder County. And it will continue the Indian Peaks tradition of outdoor living, great architecture and smart, energy-efficient design. In fact, we believe it will set a new standard. Join our interest list to learn about our all new single-family, duplex and town home designs. It all started in the early ‘90s. We had an idea for a new community that would not only offer a rich variety of homes, but a rewarding outdoor lifestyle. Each neighborhood was oriented around a big open space feature, like a golf course or a park, with miles of trails to connect everything together. Our final neighborhood will include a long linear park and a community center that actually produces as much energy as it uses. You know, because we’re McStain.
