TerraVista is Victoria's newest and largest master planned community strategically located in Victoria's premier Northwest area. It is Steve Klein's 9th developement in Victoria over thepast 25 years and by far is the most comprehensive design to date offering many home site sizes and types, and 20+ all-new home designs. TerraVista's quiet "on the edge of town" location offers wonderful in-town convenience with quick access to all transportaion routes, major retail centers, golf & recreation, and medical/health facilities. The newest elementary school, Schorlemmer Elementary, is located adjcacent to the community and the new Cade Middle School and West High School are a few short miles away. Victoria has been waiting for a truly expertly-designed, unique and professional master planned community and TerraVista is quickly becoming the jewel of Victoria's Northside. Terra Vista's overall design allows for smaller communities within a larger neighborhood for a more intimate feeling with multiple cul de sac streets to ensure a quiet & controlled traffic community. A homeowner's association will be established to allow for maintenance of the xeriscape common landscaping areas and enforcement of the covenants & restrictions as TerraVista becomes a larger, mature neighborhood.
