French Quarter @ Orleans

The French Quarter at Orleans is one of Northern Kentucky's premiere communities and offers many amenities for its residents. The community truly extends the feeling of Jazzy New Orleans, yet offers the southern hospitality of Northern Kentucky. Our planned community consists of a swimming pool with bathhouse, fishing lakes, walking and bike trails, basketball, a designated sled riding area and even a beautiful city park. Our community is surrounded by over 22 acres of green space and we feature wrought iron entry monuments and street signs with consistent lighting and landscaping throughout. The French Quarter at Orleans is our most requested Northern Kentucky community. We are located in one of the top rated school districts in Northern Kentucky. Our residents attend Erpenbeck Elementary, Ockerman Middle School and Ryle High School. Orleans is a rural community, yet only minutes away from the airport, shopping, restaurants and many leisure activities.
